Privacy policy

This policy explains how we handle information when you use meses., a service operated by Fixii Inc. For privacy questions or data requests, contact hola@fixii.app.

We use your Google account name, email, and profile information to manage your account and workspace. Connecting Google Sheets gives us access only to files you select or create with the service. We use those files to provide reconciliation features and apply changes you approve. You can disconnect Google in Settings or revoke access through your Google account.

We retain account details, workspace records, reconciliation results, and change history to provide the service. Access is limited to authorized workspace members, and connection credentials are encrypted.

We work with service providers for hosting, storage, authentication, AI processing, analytics, and support. Relevant spreadsheet and transaction information may be processed by AI providers to deliver reconciliation features. Operational analytics include usage and aggregate amounts, rather than raw bank or resident records.

We do not sell Google user data, use it for targeted advertising, or use it to train generalized AI models. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Disconnecting Google stops future access through that connection but does not delete saved records or change your original files. We retain information while needed to provide the service. You can request access, correction, or deletion at hola@fixii.app. Backups and records needed for security, legal obligations, or disputes may be retained longer.
